PROQUAL LEVEL 3

Diploma in Pathway to Aesthetic Practice

A regulated foundation covering anatomy, consultation, skin analysis, pathology, health and safety, and infection prevention. This level doesn’t include a practical treatment unit.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Open to beginners aged 18 or over. We’ll confirm your identity and ability to complete Level 3 written work before access is released.

PROQUAL LEVEL 4

Diploma in Aesthetic Treatments and Skin Science

A blended qualification in skin science, consultation and aesthetic skin treatments, with online theory and practical assessment in Derby.

PROQUAL LEVEL 5

Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

A regulated qualification covering advanced anatomy and professional practice, with assessed microneedling and chemical peel work.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A relevant Level 4 qualification is required before enrolment. RPL is not used to bypass this requirement.

PROQUAL LEVEL 6

Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

Advanced theory, portfolio work and assessed practice, including at least three specialist units from the current ProQual specification.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Direct entry may be considered with at least five years' relevant industry experience; otherwise the appropriate qualification pathway applies.

Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

Advanced study and assessment in consultation, ethics, psychology, botulinum toxin, temporary dermal fillers and complication management.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

An accepted Level 6 route or the alternative entry combination in the current specification is required. Medical and non-medical applicants are considered against the same published entry checks.

Complete Aesthetic Qualification Pathway

Complete route

A staged route through the relevant ProQual qualifications from your assessed starting level to Level 7. Each level has its own registration and assessment requirements.
